Board of directors

AWS Board of Directors has 6 members, all with long experiences from international businesses:

Lars Laier Henriksen, chairman of the board and investor. Has more than 30 years of experience from international consulting as a senior partner in the Accenture consulting group, hereof more than 20 years outside Denmark, with responsibility for the Scandinavian consulting group.

Niels Boje Lund, board member and investor. Director and partner in Spring Partners. Has a strong international background within finance & business development from top management positions.

Claus Christiansen, board member. Director and partner in First-Innovation. Has a strong background from top management positions within management, global marketing and finance.

Per Ølund Hansen, board member. Director in Delta Microelectronics. Has a strong background from top management positions within management & project management of high tech R&D projects

Poul Hansen, board member,  director and founder/owner of Poul Hansen & Co., an outsourcing provider within finance and the HR area.  Poul has many years experience within consulting in connection with company start ups and within finance.  Poul has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as a CFO for Tupperware Scandinavia.

Karsten Moller, board member and investor. Senior Managing Director and Head of SIFMA Europe and Asia based in London. Mr. Moller has held a number of positions for Goldman Sachs around the world during his 15 years at the company, including head of debt capital markets coverage in the U.S., head of fixed income in Germany and most recently co-head of European debt capital markets in London.  He was elected partner and managing director in 1996.  Prior to working at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Moller held positions at Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Shell International.  He holds a B.A. and M.S. degrees in political science from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School from which he graduated with honors.  Mr. Moller currently resides in London.
